Just change your password first alpha and numeric only. This is happen me. If this also working you. Better that i feel.
And use database host correctly.
Then go htaccess, there you will change below code type.

change above two below type :
AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php
And change
#RewriteBase /magento/
to
RewriteBase /magento/
this is working well.
